Replacement policy
Dirtguy.com offers a replacement policy for our customers of merchandise exchange only. Dirtguy.com does not offer a return for refund of products sold. We make every effort to only sell the highest quality products in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. If there is ever a problem, we do offer product replacement if it is shown to be defective.
For a replacement claim, we need to be notified within 30 days of receipt of goods via letter or e-mail. A phone call or e-mail must be acknowledged by us to be valid. We do request proof of purchase.
